Inviting Joy Into Grief

Toolkit

A self-paced journey with support.

A progressive, proven pathway for moving through grief, reimagining the 'what's next' stage of your life & creating your Well-Being Plan.

What if?

While it's great to be an independent spirit, it can be hard to support yourself through loss, lingering trauma, self-critical self talk, and sorrow.

We all get lost at times in the wild range of grief emotions, thoughts, and physical feelings. It can seem as if you're stranded on an island of one.

What if you could support yourself ...with a lifeline to a guide?

Do you like to work through life challenges on your own terms, yet find it so difficult? You want to process your grief and find your way back into your life again on your own, but you aren't sure what's 'normal' or what works. You aren't even sure what resources might help you help yourself.

Even the best solo adventurers have a hard time reaching their desired destination without a guide in their corner who can point the way forward and recommend the right resources.

You've come through so much pain already, yet it often it feels like three steps forward, one step back. Some things help, others don't. On the surface you seem okay, but underneath, you feel the tears.

Your guide

You don't have to go it alone

As someone who considers grief a kind of life-long dance partner, I've been in that 'loss limbo' more than once (experiencing my first life-altering deaths as a young child).

In fact, after a series of devastating losses at mid-life, I had to find my own way out of a 2-year-long 'loss limbo' and back into a life I love.

Here's the thing, much of what we've been told about grieving doesn't really help us rebuild our lives. I've found, shaped, proven, and refined a way that does work.

I'm Kimberley. I've helped people around the world, much like you, transcend grief and reimagine what's possible for their life in the face of enduring loss and lingering trauma.

This Toolkit exists because I want to share this better way with you & others ready to release grief and live fully again.

You didn't ask for the one you love to be taken away. Your love continues & you continue. Now what?

Does this sound familiar?

Lost & Regretful

"I feel like I've woken up on a different planet that looks familiar but feels foreign. I don't know how to live with this loss, wondering if I should have or could have done more. It's a heavy weight I can't shake off."

Broken & Alone

"I feel like I've lost a part of myself. There's a huge hole inside. Worse, I don't know how to hold on to the one I've lost without feeling overwhelmingly sad, and guilty for even wanting to be happy again."

Missing Purpose & Identity

"I'm scared that I'll never find my sense of purpose again. Everything feels meaningless without them here, as if the world is going on without me. I'm worried it's too late for me to rebuild my life again."

"Suddenly, in deep sadness, skeptically trying a practice from the Toolkit, something shifted. What was it? Peace. I felt peace like an old friend, returning after being gone for years."

What the Toolkit is all about

Understanding. Empathy. Direction. Resources. Action.

Your Inviting Joy Into Grief journey begins by creating & logging into your personal account in a private online space. There you'll be met with a welcome video-greeting followed by a recorded orientation, providing a program overview and what to expect over the next several weeks. I'll also be reaching out with a  welcome chat-message, so you'll know how to connect with me for questions.

This isn't a course on grief—it's a progressive path to peace & purpose.

Once inside your private, online workspace, you'll see your first teaching video along with resources and guidance for taking your very first step toward greater well-being. You'll also start creating your, unique Well-Being Plan—it will become your personal roadmap for life renewal and ongoing resilience.

The 7-part process will unfold via 7 learning sessions, after the Orientation & Welcome, with teachings, downloadable guides and worksheets, self-care resources, and more released one week at a time to avoid overwhelm.

The good news is that you can explore each part of the process as slowly or quickly as you wish, spending more time with some parts and others not so much. Also, at times, life or your own grieving process will impact your pace and that's normal. Just know you'll have a year to work through everything in the Toolkit.

Essential to your life-healing process are a range of small, meaningful actions or assignments associated with each of the 7 parts of the process. These next-step actions are designed to help you address specific challenges while opening pathways for healing and growth. There will also be optional self-care practices and learning resources from around the web.

Next-step assignments and suggested practices are meaningful, without creating overwhelm or being time intensive. They may include: self-reflection exercises; meditative, visualization, and/or breathwork practices; somatic approaches (involving body & movement);  written, video and/or audio resources; journaling & creative outlets; and other activities related to breaking through blocks and developing supportive rituals, habits, mindsets, and ways of being.

It's hard healing on your own—a lifeline to a professional helps.

Unique to this affordable Inviting Joy Into Grief Toolkit is access to professional guidance via private, chat-messaging with me (both text and audio options). You can ask questions about the Toolkit, the process, the tiny action steps, and the additional resources. (I do my best to respond thoughtfully, usually within 24-48 hours during the work week.)

The life-rebuilding journey doesn't end after a few weeks.

It would be great if you could move through grief and be back into a life that feels good again in a matter of weeks, but that's not typical. The the loss journey is usually messy—a crooked path of lows and highs and everything in between. That's why you'll have access to the toolkit and chat-messaging for questions for a year.
