Reimagining life,

Together

You don't have to travel loss alone.

Join a small group of kindred spirits as you reclaim your sense of self, connection to life, well-being, and yes, inner joy.

Good news.

While working through grief, lingering trauma, heartache, and inner turmoil can make you feel very alone, it doesn't have to be that way.

No one can know exactly what you're feeling, because our losses are diverse and we each grieve differently. Still, the reality is this:

Everyone eventually experiences loss & tragedy. We're not alone.

Are you ready to feel fully alive again? Yet you don't have the support you need from family and friends, who may deeply care about you, but don't really understand what you are going through?

Sometimes you need to look beyond the people you know to find the people who know what it's like to wander the dark corners of grief looking for a path back into the light.

You've tried opening up to a close someone about your sorrow and struggles, but sensed them pulling back or, ugh, giving bad advice ... or maybe there's no one you can be truly vulnerable with.

You need supportive connections

Transcending Grief Together

Small Group Workshops connecting you with others navigating loss in a shared, supportive, safe space proven to facilitate the life-healing process.

Join a group of kindred-spirits as we navigate, together, the journey through grief toward new versions of ourselves and our lives that feel, well, more fully alive.

At least twice a year, a small group is invited to join a 5-9 week live workshop series, online, within a private community space. The topics vary, though one thing remains the same: caring connections.

These workshops are not another grief support group. They're a place for talking through the lows & highs and taking action together—all facilitated by a creative & experienced mentor.

What if you had caring others who really listened to you—people you could also support & learn from?

How the workshops ... work

Connection. Empathy. Exchange. Inspiration. Action.
what it's like when we find our kindred spirits

Women Holding Hands_edited_edited_edited

Our process begins by coming together around a specific challenge or concept for living well with loss. It's about working through the many ways grief shows up in our lives and how we use those griefy experiences to unlock new potential within us. Then we set intentions for who we each want to become in this new world without our beloved others, taking tiny steps forward, together.

Our losses & our possibilities differ, but together we go farther, faster.

Workshops happen over a 5-9 week period and follow a consistent structure and flow. They're intended to stay small so each person is fully supported by the group, and by mewith 7 - 18 participants per workshop.

We'll be joining together in live, Zoom-like group conversations, typically weekly, with a free week once or twice during the workshop to assure everyone plenty of time for integrating ideas and actions.

Sessions typically run about an hour, with the first session a bit longer to include introductions and an orientation to our private, online, community space.

Essential to the workshops are a range of small, meaningful actions or assignments between our group conversations. These next-step actions are designed to help each person as well as the group address specific challenges while opening pathways for healing and growth. We'll be sure assignments are meaningful, without creating overwhelm or being time intensive.

Depending upon the challenge or core concept we're exploring in a workshop, assignments may take a variety of forms: self-reflection exercises; meditative, visualization, and/or breathwork practices; somatic approaches (involving body & movement);  written, video and/or audio resources; journaling & creative outlets; and other activities related to breaking through blocks and developing supportive rituals, habits, mindsets, and ways of being.

Taking steps forward is easier when you take them alongside others.

One of the most important elements of our work together is the exchange that happens among workshop participants within our safe & secure community space.

You'll have access to each other, and to me, through posting and responding to posts each week and via fully private, chat messaging (both text and audio options). We'll continue our live discussions online, exploring issues that come up, sharing small wins, and checking in on each other's well-being along the way.

To ensure you’re supported after our 5-9 weeks of working together, you'll retain access to the community space for a year so you can continue to receive and give encouragement to the kindred spirits who have become a part of your life-rebuilding process. You'll also have access other audio, video & written resources to sustain your momentum as you live forward from your loss, into a life that feels good again.

The connection doesn't stop after the last conversation.

What workshop participants say

"This wasn't one of those grief groups where you end up feeling worse. Yes, we shared tears, but also laughs, stories, ideas, and all the quirks & fumbles that going with learning how to live again after loss."
